I firmly believe you hold the answers to the issues you choose to discuss.  The agenda is yours.  Coaching gives you time and space to step away from the chaos of daily life and properly consider your challenges and goals.  I will invite you to think deeply about what’s important to you, what’s working – as well as what is not!

Don’t misunderstand me, this is not a cosy chat!  But it will be enlightening and empowering.  In a safe non-judgemental conversation, I will prompt you to confront your fears, explore what’s holding you back and consider what you will do about it.  Crucially, I will help you to define your options and choose the steps you will take to achieve your goals.

 

This is where the magic begins!

During each session I will encourage you to figure out the clear and practical steps you will take to help you to move forward towards the life you want.

How I work with you?

I use a coaching framework to help you crystallise what you want to achieve and identify strategies to overcome any obstacles that stand in your way.  I will make sure you understand and focus on high impact, practical steps to solve your problems and achieve your goals.
